Choose this option if you are preparing your taxes by yourself and would like us to electronically file them for you. This fee covers both State and Federal returns.
Your data and tax return will be stored at a secure Class IV, IBM certified data center to ensure the privacy, security, and future retrieval of your information. Now you do not have to worry about your computer crashing, being stolen or damaged, a natural disaster, or misplacing your hard copy!

Here is a detailed explanation of the online tax process:
1) You contact Advisors Management Group, Inc. by submitting some personal information and payment to us. After your payment and information are received, we will set up a private, secure web portal.
2) Your secure portal login information along with instructions will be e-mailed to you. Follow these instructions to sign in to your portal, then enter your data and prepare your own return. Once complete, your information will be sent to us.
3) Your completed tax return will be finalized and posted to your web portal. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when this has occurred. Once you have reviewed and authorized your return, Advisors Management Group, Inc. will electronically file the tax return on your behalf. Upon acceptance by the I.R.S. and State, you will receive a confirmation letter/email from us. Please refer to the timetable below to see when you may expect your confirmation email:
Monday – Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: you will receive your email within 1 hour
Monday – Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: you will receive your email within 2 hours
Monday – Friday 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.: you will receive your email the next day
Saturday – Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.: you will receive your email within 2 hours
Saturday – Sunday 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.: you will receive your email the next day.
